Friendly and helpful staff made the stay easier.

I was completely taken aback by the level of homelessness surrounding the hotel. On multiple occasions, we encountered homeless individuals near the property, which made me feel unsafe. Even after requesting a room change, the homeless man's tent remained visible just outside our window. This experience overshadowed the entire stay, and I cannot recommend this hotel due to the ongoing issues in the area.

Hygiene issues in bathrooms could use serious attention!!! Noise from the interstate is a constant distraction, making relaxation a challenge. Poor lighting in the parking area adds to the discomfort at night!!!

The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. There was a mini-fridge and microwave, which was nice. The AC worked great too. However, the bathroom was pretty small, and the shower head made rinsing really tough. Oh, and the cable TV was glitchy, which was annoying. But we slept well and had a quiet night.
